GUARDIAN XVII
April 25th - 27th, 2008 at Camp N Fish on the Brazos River.

Good gentles, the Canton of Dragonsfire Tor invites you to join us for
Guardian of the Tor XVII, as we choose our new champions for
Chivalric, Rapier, Archery and Bardic.
Feast is Potluck.

The site and troll will open Friday at 7:00pm.
Before 7:00pm Friday: additional $5 to site owner
Site tokens must be displayed at all times.
Site closes Sunday at 12 pm.
Site fees:
FRIDAY NIGHT BEFORE 7pm: $5
Adults: $11 * Children 10-18: $8 *
Children 9 and under: $6 * Family cap: $33
Proof of membership will be required to avoid the $3.00 non-member surcharge.
Make checks for site payable to SCA Inc./Canton of DFT.
Vehicle tags will be distributed at troll. If you leave site and expect to return, you must have a parking tag. If you do not, you will have to pay again.

From Hwy 67 - turn north on FM 200, then right on County Rd 304.
From Hwy 144 - turn north on FM 200, then left on County Rd 304.
This is the same site we used last year. It offers several showers, flushing toilets, electricity and water.
There will be RV hook ups (no additional charge, first come - first serve)
No pets allowed. Service animals only.
Parking in authorized areas only.
Site is wet. Alcohol is permitted in period containers only. No glass bottles.
A potluck feast will be included. Please bring something to share.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21-year or older
adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.
Additional Site Rules
All receipts to be reimbursed are due to the treasurer by 7 days after the close of the event.
If you do not get the paperwork done in time, you have made a donation to the Canton.
