Seneschal The Seneschal is the "club president" or business manager for the group. They are the legal SCA representative. In addition, they manage the other officers to ensure everyone can have quality programs.

They are responsible for:
Keeping accurate records
Reporting to higher level Seneschal office
Reporting to the populace, for budgeting, and for approving expenses

Knight Marshal The Knight Marshal organizes the Chivalric efforts (heavy fighting) for the group.

The Knight Marshal responsibilities include:

Safety
Keep things safe by understanding, teaching, and enforcing the rules of Chivalric combat Local Practice
Running local practices
Organize local mini-tournaments
Teaching Chivalric combat
Keeping track of and maintaining the loaner Chivalric combat equipment
Generate an annual budget estimate for this office

Reporting
Keeping accurate records of our practices, tournaments, and events
Reporting to higher the next level (baronial) Chivalric Marshals
Reporting the status of Chivalric combat to the populace

Setting up and running tournaments at one of our local events
Being the marshal in charge and keep things safe by enforcing the rules of Chivalric combat

Exchequer The Reeve manages the money for the group.

They are responsible for
Keeping accurate records of our transactions
Reporting to higher level Exchequer office
Reporting to the populace, for budgeting, and for approving expenses

Rapier Marshal The Rapier Marshal organizes the Rapier efforts (light fighting) for the group.

Hospitaler It is the job of the Hospitaler to answer any questions that a newcomer has about the SCA. They are responsible for introducing you to all different ways of playing in the Society, whether it is fighting or service. A Hospitaler is also the person that a newcomer goes to when they need something to wear until they are able to make/purchase their own garb.

The Hospitaler works with new members of the group. They are esponsible for:
Working with Seneschal to promote recruiting of new members
Greeting potential members
Setting up recruiting opportunities
Following up on contacts
Reports to higher level Hospitalers
Reports to the populace

Archery Marshal The Archery Marshal organizes the archery efforts for the group. Archery is an integral part of our historical period (referred to as The Period) which is from the fall of Rome (400 AD) to when the accuracy of guns could penetrate armor (about 1450 AD). Clothing and shooting styles varies between the archers because they are wearing dress for a style of the 10th century archer.

The Archery Marshal responsibilities include:

Organize local mini-tournaments

Herald The Herald manages encourages the use of period names and devices for the group.

They are responsible for:
Helping people choose appropriate names for the place and time of their persona in the SCA
Choosing devices and badges that can be displayed and are in keeping with period practices

Reporting to the populace

Minister of Arts & Sciences The Minister of Arts and Sciences facilitates the study and acquiring of skills that were used during the Middle Ages.

They are responsible for:
Organizing periodic meetings, classes, and competitions in the Canton

Chronicler The Chronicler publishes a newsletter for the group. He or she is responsible for collecting articles and other information, creating both hard copy and online versions of the newsletter, for reporting to higher level Chroniclers, and for reporting to the populace.
